Privacy policy

This policy covers bigbassclustercatch.co.uk, an independent information site about the Pragmatic Play slot Big Bass Cluster Catch. We are not a casino or a gambling operator. Our fonts are served by Google. Your browser requests them from Google’s servers, which means Google receives your IP address and browser details as part of that request.

The Pragmatic Play demo

When the official demo is available, it loads in a frame from Pragmatic Play’s demo server, but only after you press the button to start it. Until you do, no request is sent to Pragmatic. Once the game has loaded, Pragmatic Play’s own privacy terms apply to it.

Links to casinos

Buttons such as ‘Play for real’ pass through a short redirect page on this site, under the /go/ address, before sending you on to a licensed casino or a partner network. That redirect records the click in our analytics. The casino and the affiliate network may set their own cookies to credit the referral, and their policies apply from that point.

Cookies

GA4 sets first-party cookies, with names beginning with _ga, to tell a new visit from a returning one. They hold a random identifier, not your name. Why we process this data

How long we keep it

Analytics reports are kept for a limited period set in our Google Analytics account and are then deleted automatically. Server logs are normally overwritten within a few weeks.

Your rights

Under the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, you have the right to ask what personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive a copy in a portable format. Because we can’t identify individual visitors from analytics data, we may not be able to match a request to you, but we will always explain what we can and cannot do.

If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), the UK regulator for data protection, at ico.org.uk. We would appreciate the chance to put things right first.

International transfers

Google may process analytics and font data on servers outside the UK, including in the United States, under the safeguards it provides for such transfers.

Children

This site is about gambling and is meant for adults aged 18 and over. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

If we change what we collect, for example when the demo goes live or we add a new tool, we will update this page and the date shown on it.
